本文从国有企业绩效管理的内涵入手,分析了目前国有企业绩效管理过程中存在的问题,提出了优化企业绩效管理的一些措施及方法。

This paper starts with the connotation of the performance management of state-owned enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the current state-owned enterprises performance management and puts forward some measures and methods to optimize the performance management of the enterprises.
