我院用 4年时间建设了医院计算机综合集成系统 ,功能从单纯的计费统计向提供财务、成本、诊疗帮助和继续教育支撑进行了转变。采用基于Web的ASP技术整合了医疗信息管理系统、数字化影像系统、现代医院财务系统等 8个子系统 ,实现了数据无缝连结和实时动态查询。较好地体现了第三代医院信息系统以病人为中心 ,以全成本核算为核心 ,支持在线教育 ,具备影像和广域网传输的特征。
Our hospital has built a hospital integrated computer system in 4 years, and its functions have changed from simple accounting statistics to financial support, cost, diagnosis and treatment assistance, and continuing education support. The Web-based ASP technology integrates eight subsystems, including the medical information management system, the digital imaging system, and the modern hospital financial system, to achieve seamless data link and real-time dynamic query. It better reflects the third generation hospital information system is patient-centered, with full cost accounting as the core, supports online education, and has the characteristics of video and wide area network transmission.
