学生学习数学知识的过程是一种个性化的行为过程。作为一名初中数学教师,要能够在数学课堂教学环境中创设出一个有利于张扬学生个性的“场所”来,让学生的这种个性在这个宽松愉悦的课堂氛围中得到有效的释放,并且展现出课堂教学的活力来。课堂活力的展现,需要教师采取有效的教学策略来进行积极的配合,这既是数学教师的教学任务,也是为了积极地响应新课程改革的需要。
