宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)是与宫颈浸润癌密切相关的癌前病变,近年来宫颈癌的发病率明显降低,得益于宫颈疾病的早期发现、早期治疗。目前检查的方法很多,但都有不足,如何互相弥补以降低CIN漏诊率,使患者得到早期治疗是非常重要的。我院阴道镜下诊断为CIN患者232例均采用宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗,并比较分析病理检查结果的变化。报道如下。
Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is a precancerous lesion closely related to invasive cervical carcinoma. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer has been significantly reduced due to the early detection and early treatment of cervical diseases. At present there are many ways to check, but there are not enough. How to make up for each other to reduce the rate of CIN misdiagnosis and make patients get early treatment is very important. 232 cases of CIN diagnosed by colposcopy in our hospital were treated with LEEP, and the changes of the pathological findings were compared.
