目的探讨影响血液化验结果的原因分析。方法选取我院2015年7月至2016年7月进行血液化验检查的38例患者作为研究对象,观察不同采血部位、血标本不同放置时间的白细胞、红细胞及血小板数值和不同抗血凝剂浓度下的红细胞平均体积检测值和红细胞比容检测值。结果在不同采血部位的血液化验结果对比方面,末梢血的白细胞数值和红细胞数值均高于静脉血,血小板数值低于静脉血,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血标本不同放置时间的血液化验结果对比方面,放置3 h的白细胞和红细胞数量均高于放置6 h,血小板低于放置6 h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同抗血凝剂浓度的血液化验结果对比方面,浓度2.8 mg/ml的红细胞平均体积检测值和红细胞比容检测值均高于浓度1.6 mg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采集不同部位的血液和血标本放置时间等会影响血液化验结果,在进行血液化验时需按照相关检测标准严格执行,以免出错。
Objective To explore the causes of blood test results. Methods Thirty-eight patients undergoing blood tests from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects. The leukocyte, erythrocyte and platelet counts at different blood collection sites and blood samples were observed under different anti-coagulant concentrations Of the average detection of red blood cells and hematocrit values. Results In comparison of blood test results at different blood sampling sites, peripheral blood leucocyte count and erythrocyte number were higher than those of venous blood, and platelet count was lower than that of venous blood. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Blood samples were stored at different times of blood test results compared to place 3 h of white blood cells and red blood cells were placed 6 h, platelet placed below 6 h, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the blood test results of different anticoagulant concentrations, the mean value of erythrocytes and hematocrit at the concentration of 2.8 mg / ml were all higher than those of the concentration of 1.6 mg / ml (P <0.05 ). Conclusion The collection of different parts of the blood and blood samples will affect the blood test results such as the time of the blood test, the blood test required in accordance with the relevant testing standards strictly enforced to avoid errors.
