“三个代表”重要思想所体现了执政为民的本质要求,也是政工人才队伍建设的思想根基。党的最大优势是密切联系群众,最大危险是脱离群众。要把人民群众拥护不拥护、赞成不赞成、答应不答应作为行为准则,坚持情为民所系、利为民所谋。认真解决好为谁服务的问题,努力维护好、发展好、实现好人民群众的根本利益。只有这样才是政工人才队伍建设的突破口。
The important thinking of the 'Three Represents' embodies the essential requirements of governing for the people and is also the ideological foundation for the construction of a contingent of politicians and workers. The greatest advantage of the party is to keep in close contact with the masses and the greatest danger is to get away from the masses. We must uphold the masses' support for their own interests, disapprove of them, and agree not to allow them to act as a code of conduct.
