采用逆转录套式PCR法,对20例慢性丙型肝炎患者骨髓单个核细胞中HCV-RNA进行了检测。在20例血清抗NCV阳性及HCV-RNA阳性的患者中,16例骨髓单个核细胞HCV-RNA呈阳性反应,4例为阴性反应,阳性率达80%。结果表明,骨髓单个核细胞中存在HCV,提示骨髓可能是HCV肝外又一感染复制及贮存的场所。并对肝外HCV感染、复制与丙肝慢性化的致病关系,以及临床治疗进行了讨论。
HCV-RNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells of 20 patients with chronic hepatitis C were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Of the 20 serum anti-NCV positive and HCV-RNA positive patients, 16 were positive for HCV-RNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells and 4 were negative, with a positive rate of 80%. The results showed that the presence of HCV in bone marrow mononuclear cells, suggesting that bone marrow may be HCV infection and replication of another place of storage. The relationship between extrahepatic HCV infection, replication and the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis C and the clinical treatment were discussed.
