现代企业的发展有赖于全体职工的素质,职工素质的提高又有赖于职工教育,本文通过分析国外企业职工教育发展的特点及趋势,为我国企业职工教育提供经验与启示。
The development of modern enterprises depends on the quality of all staff and the improvement of the quality of staff depends on the education of staff and workers. By analyzing the characteristics and trends of staff education in foreign enterprises, this paper provides experience and enlightenment for the staff education of enterprises in our country.
