随着社会经济的发展,生活水平的提高,人们对疾病的预防和自我保健意识也不断增强,政府对基础医疗也越来越重视。社区医院在社区卫生服务和医疗保健工作中起到重要作用。而目前在中国大多数的社区卫生服务机构中高素质医疗人员严重配备不足。很大程度上是因为工资待遇较低、发展机会少。如何使有限的人力资源最大限度的使用,这就需要利用二八定律针对不同类型的员工实行分类管理,特别是对医院的核心员工,要结合二八法则,从岗位安排,薪资设计以及离职管理等方面做好核心员工的各项人力资源管理工作。“,”Nowdays people for the prevention of disease and self-health-care consciousness is more and more enhanced with the development of social economy and the improvement of life level. To make the maximum use of limited human resources,it requires to use Pareto Principle for dif erent types of employees to implement classified management,especial y from the post ar angement, salary design and turnover management to do the work of human resources management for the core staf of the hospital by using Pareto Principle.
