苹果水锈又叫垢斑病,是果实表面的一层不规则的霉状物,其病源是一种真菌。雨量大的年份易发生此病。果实产生水锈后,不影响食用和贮藏,但影响果品外观品质,降低商品价值。现介绍一种简便的除锈方法。取1份漂白粉、4份小苏打,加入50份水中配成溶液。把果实放入溶液中浸泡1分钟,然后捞出果实用清水冲洗干净,即可将果锈除去。
