高校是培养高技术人才的摇篮,高校图书馆是整个学校的信息中心,是对高校教学、学术研究、信息获取务的知识宝库。随着信息技术、网络技术的发展,高校图书馆的现有管理模式、管理方法和服务大众的角色受到巨大的挑战。因此,面对知识管理的挑战高校图书馆如何进行管理与创新进行了分析和研究,从而不断强化高校图书馆知识管理,并进行优质的知识服务。
Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating high-tech talents. The university library is the information center of the whole school and is the treasure house of knowledge for teaching, academic research and information acquisition in colleges and universities. With the development of information technology and network technology, the existing management mode, management method and role of serving the general public in the university library are greatly challenged.
