本文分析了 1 2 4例新生儿肺炎克雷伯杆菌肺炎的临床特征及药敏试验 ,所有病例均用一次性吸痰管经负压吸取患儿气管分泌物送细菌培养及药敏试验 ,细菌鉴定及药敏测定采用美国 DADE Micro Scan Walkaway- 4 0全自动微生物鉴定药敏测定系统。药敏试验显示对目前广泛应用的氨苄青霉素、头孢唑啉钠、头孢呋新、阿米卡星、头孢噻肟钠均较耐药 ,耐药率分别为 99%、71 .8%、6 6 .4%、5 5 .8%、5 1 .3%。而对诺氟沙星及环丙沙星等喹诺酮类药物的敏感率达 77.9%~ 90 % ,故可作为治疗这种疾病的首选药物。

Susceptibility tests showed that ampicillin, cefazolin sodium, cefuroxime, amikacin and cefotaxime sodium were more resistant to the currently widely used antibiotics, the resistance rates were 99%, 71.8%, 66 .4%, 55.8%, 51.3%. The sensitivity of norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin and other quinolones 77.9% to 90%, it can be used as the drug of choice for the treatment of this disease.
