逮捕是一种最为严厉的强制措施,正确理解和适用现行逮捕制度,对于打击犯罪,保证刑事诉讼的顺利进行具有重要作用。该制度在实践中存在许多问题与弊端,应构建控制犯罪与保障人权并重的新型逮捕制度。
Arrest is one of the most severe coercive measures. Correctly understanding and applying the current arrest system plays an important role in cracking down on crimes and ensuring the smooth progress of criminal proceedings. The system has many problems and drawbacks in practice, and a new arrest system should be established to control crime and protect human rights.
