首次建议以抗病毒有效成分４（３Ｈ）－喹唑酮［４（３Ｈ－ｑｕｉｎａｚｏｌｉｎｏｎｅ］作为大青叶、板蓝根类药材及制剂的质量控制指标。药理实验结果证明此成分有抗病毒活性及增强机体免疫力的活性，为此类药材和制剂的质量控制提供了更科学和可靠的依据。本文用高效液相色谱法对药材和制剂中的４（３Ｈ）－喹唑酮作了含量分析，取得满意结果。
For the first time, the antiviral active ingredient 4(3H)-quinazolinone was recommended as a quality control index for Folium Isatidis and Radix Isatidis. Pharmacological test results demonstrated that this ingredient has antiviral activity and enhances the body. The activity of immunity provides a more scientific and reliable basis for the quality control of such medicinal materials and preparations.In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the content of 4(3H)-quinazolinone in medicinal materials and preparations. Satisfactory result.
