目的研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及血管生成素(angiopoietin,Ang)对子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,Ems)的治疗作用。方法比对VEGF和Ang对Ems的作用,及两者的相互作用。结果 VEGF在Ems患者的腹腔液、血清、在位及异位内膜组织均呈高表达;Ang与VEGF相互作用,共同促进血管形成。结论血管内皮生长因子是目前所知作用最强的一种促血管生成因子,抑制血管内皮生长因子及受体、血管生成素及受体的药物可阻断异位病灶的血管形成,可能成为治疗Ems的重要手段之一。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiopoietin (Ang) on endometriosis (Ems). Methods Compare the effect of VEGF and Ang on Ems and their interaction. Results VEGF was highly expressed in peritoneal fluid, serum, eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of patients with Ems. Ang and VEGF interacted with each other to promote angiogenesis. Conclusions Vascular endothelial growth factor is the most potent pro-angiogenic factor known to date. Inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptors, angiogenin and its receptor drugs can block the vascularization of ectopic lesions and may become a therapeutic Ems one of the important means.
