基层党建是党建工作的重要基础,抓好基层党建工作,对于推动党建整体工作的深入开展为何重要价值。从电力企业基层党建来看,尽管越来越受到重视,特别是在当前电力企业转型发展持续深化的历史背景下,加强基层党建工作创新更为重要,但却存在很多创新难点,需要引起重视。本文对电力企业基层党建工作创新进行了研究,首先简要分析了电力企业基层党建创新的一些难点问题,最后在认真梳理的基础上提出了一些应用策略。
Party building at the grassroots level is an important foundation for the work of party building. Grasping the importance of building a party building at the grassroots level is of great value in promoting the in-depth development of the party building work as a whole. In light of the grass-roots party building of electric power enterprises, despite the increasing attention, especially under the historical background of the ongoing deepening transformation and development of electric power enterprises, it is more important to strengthen the innovation in party building at the grassroots level. However, there are many difficulties in innovation and need attention. This paper studies the innovation of grass-roots party building in electric power enterprises. Firstly, it briefly analyzes some difficult problems in the party-building innovation of electric power enterprises. Finally, some application strategies are put forward on the basis of careful combing.
