施工成本是某个项目完成阶段产生的总费用,在整个项目投入中占据主要部分,也是整个项目运营控制核心指标。受到多种因素干扰,建筑施工项目成本控制力度不足,增加了项目施工的成本投入,导致成本资金收支失去了可操控性。从长远角度考虑,施工单位需围绕建筑工程提出科学的成本控制方案,避免成本失控引起风险损失。结合施工成本内涵,介绍了项目成本控制原则及方法。
The construction cost is the total cost incurred during the completion of a project, which occupies a major part of the investment in the whole project and is also the core indicator of the entire project operation control. Interfered by many factors, the cost control of construction projects is not enough, which increases the cost of the project construction, resulting in the loss of control over the cost of capital expenditures. From a long-term perspective, the construction unit needs to put forward a scientific cost control program around the construction project to avoid the risk loss caused by uncontrolled costs. Combined with the connotation of construction cost, this paper introduces the principle and method of project cost control.
