ｐ５３是一种抗癌基因，可能参与细胞生长的负调控，它的失活与肿瘤发生有关。辐射是一种尚缺乏深入了解的致癌因子，它可以引起肿瘤。现将辐射致癌分子机理尤其是与ｐ５３的关系根据文献报道作一简要综述。
p53 is an anti-cancer gene that may be involved in the negative regulation of cell growth. Its inactivation is related to tumorigenesis. Radiation is a lack of understanding of the oncogenic factor, it can cause tumors. Now the molecular mechanisms of radiation carcinogenesis, especially the relationship with p53 according to the literature for a brief review.
