在黑龙江省Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ积温带进行大田试验,以抗冷型玉米品种丰单3号和非抗冷型郑单958为试验材料,于3展叶、6展叶期叶面喷施玉米专用抗冷调节剂聚糠萘水剂(PKN),研究聚糠萘水剂对不同温度环境下春玉米灌浆期光合性能的调控作用。研究表明,聚糠萘水剂处理后不同积温带两个品种玉米穗位叶RuBP羧化酶、PEP羧化酶的活性提高,尤其在第Ⅱ、Ⅲ积温带,穗位叶RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶活性提高幅度大。同时,聚糠萘水剂显著提高两个品种的叶绿素含量和光合速率,这种效应可能与聚糠萘水剂成分中含有细胞分裂素组分有关,也与聚糠萘水剂提高光合作用相关酶(RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶)活性有直接关系。叶片光合性能增强,促进光合产物的合成、运输和积累,最终提高两个品种的子粒成熟度,提高产量。
Field experiments were conducted in the accumulative temperate zones Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ in Heilongjiang Province. Maize was sprayed on the leaves of 3 leaves and 6 leaves of Fengdan No.3 with cold-tolerance and non-resistance Zhengdan 958 as test materials. (PKN), a special anti-cold regulator, was used to study the regulation of photosynthesis of pollen-branching agent on the photosynthesis of spring maize under different temperature conditions. The results showed that the activities of RuBP carboxylase and PEP carboxylase in two ear cultivars with different accumulated temperature zones were enhanced after the treatment with poly-furfural naphthalene aqueous solution, especially in the accumulated temperature zones Ⅱ and Ⅲ, RuBP carboxylase and PEP carboxylase activity increased greatly. At the same time, Polymethylnaphthalene Naphthalene Aqueous Agent significantly increased the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of the two cultivars, which may be related to the presence of cytokinin components in the components of the Polymethylnaphthalene Naphthalene Aqueous Agent and also related to the increase of photosynthesis Enzymes (RuBP carboxylase and PEP carboxylase) activity has a direct relationship. Photosynthetic properties of leaves increased, promote the synthesis, transport and accumulation of photosynthetic products, and ultimately improve the grain maturity of the two varieties and improve yield.
