在拖拉机修理中,曲轴连杆铜套往往因内孔磨损而报废。开始我们用内孔镀铜的办法修复,但由于镀层不耐磨没能成功。后来我们经过反复实验搞成了先缩后镀的新工艺,方法如图所示:先将上下模具装卡调整好,然后开动油压机,使滑枕1上升到能放进一只铜套高度,将铜套套人上模6,再起动压力机向下,使铜套通过下模5就可达到缩小铜套内径的目的。
