提高不锈钢强度的方法有三种:(1)是经过冷加工,如Я1T钢经过适当的冷加工处理后,强度可达到180kgf/mm~2,但是,用这种方法所得到的强度经不得焊接,而且方向性强,同时,在使用过程中常常发生自裂现象;(2) 是利用马氏体强化,即所谓过渡型不锈钢,如美国的AM350,AM355等,其强度可达150kgf/mm~2,(3) 是利用马氏体和第二相双重强化,如沉淀硬化不锈钢PH17-7,PH15-7Mo,PH 14-8Mo等,最高强度约在165kgf/mm~2左右。此外,还可利用固溶体的有序化所产生的强化作用使钢的强度提高,如近年来发展起来的马氏体
