随着煤炭工业技术的飞速进步,国内煤矿各种先进矿用设备的使用数量成倍地增加,其中多级伸缩机构以其行程大、结构紧凑等优点在煤矿设备上得到了广泛应用。例如矿用锚杆钻机用于保护作业人员安全的临时支护机构,支架搬运拖车用于推卸液压支架的推移机构等。在现场使用过程中,套筒收缩时易出现不灵活、蹩卡故障,致使液压缸漏油,带来不必要的损失,同时影响了设备的正常运行。笔者就多级伸缩机构产生
