:以魁蜜猕猴桃为材料 ,研究了低温条件下塑料薄膜小包装结合乙烯吸收剂处理对猕猴桃采后成熟衰老和品质的影响。结果表明 :在 0℃条件下 ,聚乙烯薄膜袋包装能有效降低贮藏环境中O2 浓度 ,提高CO2 浓度 ,减少乙烯生成 ,降低呼吸作用 ,保持较好的果实硬度和品质 ,能有效延缓果实的成熟衰老过程。使猕猴桃的贮期延长至 1 30天。聚乙烯薄膜袋包装加乙烯吸收剂的保鲜效果明显优于不加乙烯吸收剂处理
