江西抚州规定教育经费未足额到位党政领导不许出国考察●为确保中小学校实行“一费制”后能正常运转,江西抚州市政府近日出台文件规定,凡是教育经费未足额到位的县(区),党政主要领导出国考察的申请一律不予审批。
