近日,北京市建委将颁发《关于进一步加强工程招标投标管理的若干规定》,以进一步贯彻全国有形建筑市场现场会精神,规范全市建筑市场行为。《规定》着重对工程招标发包管理、工程投标承包管理、中介组织管理、招标程序和标底管理、工程招标投标的统计考核、完善监督管理和加强执法监察工作等方面作了明确的规定。
Recently, the Beijing Municipal Construction Commission will issue “on the further strengthening of the project tendering and bidding management of a number of provisions,” in order to further implement the national physical construction market spot spirit, standardize the city’s construction market behavior. The Provisions stipulate clearly the contracting and bidding management of projects, project bidding and contract management, management of intermediary organizations, bidding procedures and bid end management, statistical evaluation of bidding and tendering of projects, improvement of supervision and management and strengthening of law enforcement and supervision.
