通过小鼠 PA 下呼吸道感染模型的制作及光镜、电镜技术对 PA 呼吸道感染机制进行了初步的研究。初步建立了 BALB/C 小白鼠呼吸道 PA 感染动物模型.提出了模型的参考指标并动态观察了 PA 呼吸道感染过程中不同时间在呼吸道、肺内的粘附、定值又侵袭部位.在粘液型PA 及非粘液型 PA 呼吸道感染机制的研究中明确了粘液型 PA 的肺内向肝、脾、血中的侵袭力要比非粘液型强。
The mechanism of PA respiratory tract infection was studied by making the model of mouse lower respiratory tract infection and using light microscope and electron microscope. The animal model of PA infection in BALB / C mice was established preliminarily, the reference index of the model was established and the adhesion and the value of invasion in the respiratory tract and lung at different time during PA respiratory infection were dynamically observed. And non-mucus-type PA respiratory tract infection mechanism of research clear mucus-type PA in the lungs to the liver, spleen, blood invasion than non-mucinous strong.
