大连输油管线爆炸事故火势持续燃烧达14个小时,造成50平方公里海面污染,当地出动近20艘清污船并布设围油栏7千米。被污染的海域一眼望不到边际,被海风吹起的海浪都呈现明显的黑褐色。一连串触目惊心的数字,仿佛仍依稀可见的骇人画面,让我们无法不去相信,“安全”已经是工业领域乃至整个国家需要再度审视的问题。在无数行业中,增产增效是头等大事,而如今,安全隐患更是未来发展之路上阻碍我们前行的丛生荆棘。
