本文报道48例完全性右束支传导阻滞(CRBBB)病例的体表等电位图图形特征,并以49例正常人为对照。CRBBB病例的心室兴奋早期(16—24毫秒以前)图形无变化。心室兴奋中期(32—64毫秒)图形的正、负区分布与晚期大致相反,反映右室突破的图形消失,而代之以延迟出现,且部位偏左的左室突破图形。心室兴奋晚期(56—120毫秒)图形的负区和正区分别位于左、右腋中线为中心的左、右胸部,最大和最小距离较近。
This article reports 48 cases of complete right bundle branch block (CRBBB) cases of body surface potential pattern characteristics and 49 cases of normal controls. Ventricular excitability in CRBBB cases was unchanged early (16-24 ms before). Ventricular excitement in the mid-term (32-64 ms) pattern of positive and negative regional distribution and the late roughly the opposite, reflecting the disappearance of the right ventricular break-up graphics, and instead of delay, and left part of the left part of the site to break the graph. Ventricular excitement late (56-120 ms) negative and positive areas of the pattern are located in the left and right axillary center of the left and right chest, the maximum and minimum distance closer.
