城建档案分类中的民用建筑工程档案与百姓日常生活息息相关,对这类资料的利用是城建档案民生服务功能的具体体现,也是作为重要的价值依据出现在百姓生活中。如何使城建档案的民生服务功能得以发挥其应有效用,渐已成为新时期城建档案工作亟待解决的突出问题。
