运用自制瓦斯爆炸实验平台进行了不同开口阻塞比下瓦斯爆炸实验研究.结果表明:开口阻塞比对“郁金香”火焰有重要影响,随着阻塞比的增大,火焰锋面逐渐变得平滑,并由对称向不对称结构转变;“郁金香”火焰出现过程特征时间不受开口阻塞比的影响,但特征时间对应的火焰锋面位置随阻塞比增大而减小;爆炸压力峰值随着阻塞比的增大逐渐增大,对应平均火焰传播速度逐渐降低.
The experiment of gas explosion with different opening to blockage ratio was carried out by using self-made gas explosion experiment platform.The results show that the opening obstruction has an important influence on the flame of tulip and the flame front becomes smooth gradually with the increase of the blockage ratio, And the transition from symmetry to asymmetric structure. The “tulip” flame process time characteristics are not affected by the ratio of open to block, but the flame front position corresponding to the characteristic time decreases with the blockage ratio increasing.
