一、高校教师业务档案建设和管理的内涵我国高校教师业务档案(以下简称教师业务档案)与其人事档案既有一定的联系又有不同的内涵。它是高校教师档案的重要组成部分,是实施人才战略,加强高校教师队伍建设的重要信息资源。目前,教师业务档案一般包括以下几个方面:①记录和反映高校教师的教学、教务、教研、教改及相关管理方面的信息资料。②记录承担科研方面的资料。包括科研课题的申请立项及反映课题研究过程与结题、获奖及其所产生的经济社会效果等材料。③平时与年度的业务、工作等的考核与评优、评先等基础材料;④反映接受继续教育情况的材料。包括培训时间、培训内容、考核(含培训效果)情况等;⑤专业技术职
