2015年以来,济宁市适应经济发展新常态,全面推进大众创业、万众创新,努力优化营商环境,加强创业扶持力度。2015年连续出台《关于印发<济宁市就业专项资金管理暂行办法>的通知》、《关于优化就业创业扶持政策的通知》,对2015-2018年首次领取小微企业营业执照的创业者发放1.2万元一次性创业补贴,每吸纳1名登记失业人员或者毕业年度高校毕业生就业发放2000元一次性创业岗位开发补贴,对吸纳离校未就业高校毕业生就业的给予1年社会保险补贴。不到两年时间,一次性创业补贴一增再增,2015年已提高到1.2万元。

In less than two years, the subsidy for one-time start-ups has been increased by one time and has been raised to 12,000 yuan in 2015.
