数控机床是现代制造业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的基础,其水平的高低和拥有量多少已成为衡量一个国家工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。工业发达国家把数控机床视为具有高技术附加值和高利润的重要出口产品。数控机床已成为关系到国家战略地位和体现国家综合国力的重要基础性产品。因此,探讨数控机床加工误差产生的原因,并采取有效措施以提升数控机床加工精度无疑具有十分重要的现实意义。
CNC machine tool is the basis of modern manufacturing automation, flexible, integrated production, the level of height and the number of ownership has become a measure of a country’s industrial modernization is an important symbol of one.
