构建和完善绩效考核评价体系是实施绩效管理的重点和难点,综合运用绩效考核评价结果具有现实价值,客观、公正、全面的绩效考评结果不仅可以作为薪酬分配、岗位聘用调整、职称职务晋升的直接依据,也是指导教师职业生涯规划的重要参考。运用绩效考评结果,院校可以针对其能力和潜质有针对性培养,引领教师成长,最终提高院校核心竞争力。因此,极有必要深入分析高职院校教师绩效考核评价存在的主要问题,确定高职院校教师绩效考核评价体系优化设计的指导思想,从而对高职院校教师绩效考核评价体系进行若干优化设计。
