2010年5月22日,主题为“十二五·关中—天水经济区率先发展”的第四届大关中论坛在西安隆重召开。本届论坛由陕西省决策咨询委员会、陕西省人民政府研究室、陕西省社科院、陕西省社科联、陕西省城市经济文化研究会共同主办,旨在为推动“关中—天水经济区”及周边区域的协作发展集思广益,建言献策,站在更高层次、放眼更大范围研究西部发展问题,为编制好“十二五发展规划”提供咨询建议。
On May 22, 2010, the fourth forum on the theme of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period-Guanzhong-the first development of Tianshui Economic Zone” was held in Xi’an. This forum is jointly sponsored by Decision-making Advisory Committee of Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province People’s Government Research Lab, Shaanxi Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social Sciences and Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Urban Economy and Culture, aiming to promote “Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone ”And the surrounding areas of cooperation and development brainstorming, offer advice and suggestions, stand at a higher level, look at a larger range of development issues in the western region, for the preparation of “ Twelve Five Development Plan ”to provide advice.
