近年来,随着医学科学的迅速发展,呼吸内科领域也出现了不少新的内容,兹就下列几个问题进行研讨.一、X线计算机断层摄影(CT)及磁共振成像(MRI)等现代影像医学技术,对呼吸系统一些疑难疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有着很大帮助.CT对影像的空间分辨率高,对肺实质病变的显示特别清楚,故寻找病灶,特别是较小的病灶,以选用CT为佳;对一般胸片上看不到的部位,如:心脏后、脊柱旁沟、肺的边缘、胸骨后和胸膜下的小肿瘤或其他病灶有较大的适用价值.应用高分辨率CT(第4、5代)的超薄断层(5mm)技术对支气管扩张症的准确诊断,可使许多患者免去忍受过去常用的支气管造影的痛苦.然而,CT也有一定局限性,例如:对支气管的狭窄
