为科学评价行政指导的工作水平,确保行政指导质量与效果,近期,我们黄岩工商分局对2012年新立项实施的8件重大行政指导项目进行全面综合评估,编发评估报告,及时总结项目实施中的经验与典型做法。经评估,所有项目实施规范、内容准确、方式得当、效果明显,受到行政指导相对人的普遍好评。我们的做法是:一、建体系,定方案出台并完善《重大行政指导项目评估暂行办法》,按照影响重大行政指导行为的评估制度的要求,建立科学合理的评价体系。该《办法》除明确行政指导评估组织管理、评估内容、评估方法和指标、评估程序等方面的内容外,进一步细化行政指导评估步骤。
