曲菌病或称弗状菌病是由曲菌感染所致的一种深部霉菌病,肺最常受侵犯,心、脑、肾,消化道,外耳道,鼻窦眼眶等处如也可受累。曲菌的种类甚多,熏烟色曲菌为最常见的致病菌。该菌具有复杂的抗元性,反复吸入可引起过敏反应,并且,其本身还可产生内毒素。曲菌病的基本病变是坏死,化脓及肉芽组织形成,组织坏死可能是内毒素的作用,也可能曲菌累及血管,形成血栓,导致组织缺血的结果。曲菌病引起的临床症状
