[目的]了解农八师农牧团场疾控机构卫生资源现状,为合理进行资源配置、制定农八师公共卫生发展规划提供依据。[方法]采用自制调查表,对14个农牧团场疾控机构卫生资源状况进行普查。[结果]14个农牧团场在职人员182人,年龄构成以35～45岁年龄段为主;以中级职称大中专学历为主。仪器设备17类平均30台件,种类和数量均达不到国家要求。实际开展的检测项目25～37项,平均35项,仅占国家必须开展工作项目的29.7%。[结论]农八师农牧团场疾控机构人力资源、仪器设备及检测能力与国家规定存在较大差距。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of health resources of disease control agencies in Nongba division of agriculture and animal husbandry, and provide the basis for rational allocation of resources and establishment of Nongba division’s public health development plan. [Method] The self-made questionnaire was used to survey the health resources of disease control agencies in 14 farmer’s field. [Result] There were 182 serving staff in 14 farms and herdsmen’s field, the age composition was mainly from 35-45 years old; 17 kinds of equipment and instruments on average 30 pieces, the type and quantity are less than the national requirements. The actual test items 25 to 37, an average of 35, accounting for only the country must carry out 29.7% of the project. [Conclusion] There is a big gap between the eight departments of agriculture and animal husbandry in the field of disease control and control of institutions and human resources, equipment and testing capabilities and state regulations.
