中华企业股份有限公司是具有国家一级开发资质、上海第一家专业从事房地产开发经营的企业,创建于1954年。建国初期,经政务院研究决定,设立中华企业公司(简称公司),其主要职责是承办外商在沪的房地产转让、租赁和买卖业务。50年代末,公司在沪率先建造和出售了首批侨汇住宅(华侨新村)。改革开放的80、90年代,公司建设的项目遍布上海各区县及部分外省市,代表项目有:光明大厦、房地大厦、中华企业大厦、上海春城、东方中华园、以及被誉为上海十大建筑景观的“古北新区”等。1993年中华企业公司改制为股份制上市公司。跨
China Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a state-level development qualification, Shanghai’s first specialized in real estate development and management of enterprises, founded in 1954. In the early days after the founding of New China, the research and decision of the State Council decided to set up a Chinese enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the company) whose main duty is to undertake the business of real estate transfer, lease and sale of foreign businessmen in Shanghai. In the late 1950s, the Company took the lead in constructing and selling the first overseas remittance housing (Overseas Chinese Village) in Shanghai. In the 80s and 90s of the reform and opening up, the company built projects in various districts and counties in Shanghai and some provinces and cities. Representatives include: Guangming Building, Fangdi Building, China Enterprise Building, Shanghai Spring City, Oriental Chinese Garden, Large architectural landscape “Gubei New Area ” and so on.
