网络论坛作为中国网民重要的意见传播渠道,是网络社会中具有代表性的存在方式之一;这种更具协商精神的在线公共领域,使其相对于其他传统大众媒体具有独特的优势。网络论坛具有平等和非一一映射的人群体征以及普遍性、真实性、冲突性、纠错性等政治特征,其政治演变趋势可分为现实诱发、论坛传播、与现实互动、发展消落4个阶段。网络论坛中的内在运行机制可以有效遏制不良行为,但网络论坛与现实群体性事件的发生发展起着相互促进的作用。因此对网络论坛的干预必须引起政府的重视,但政府对网络论坛的政策应该由网络管制走向网络治理。
As an important communication channel for opinion of Chinese netizens, the online forum is one of the representative ways of existence in the online society. Such a more consultative online public domain has its unique advantage over other traditional mass media. The network forum has equal and non-one-to-one mapping of the crowd signs as well as the political characteristics of universality, authenticity, conflict and error correction. The political evolution trend can be divided into reality-induced, forum-based communication, interaction with reality, development and decline 4 A stage. The inner operation mechanism in the network forum can effectively curb the bad behavior, but the network forum and the real mass incidents play a mutual promotion role. Therefore, the intervention of online forums must attract the attention of the government, but the government’s policy on online forums should go from network control to online governance.
