本文探讨了一种干法灰化、无火焰原子吸收仪测定锌的方法。每天早晨第一次哺乳前(上午9~10点),将乳房用无离子水擦干净,用手将乳汁挤出,收集约10ml乳汁,装于30m,聚乙烯管中,于-20℃贮藏备用。分析所用容器均用1%硝酸浸泡过夜,以除去容器中锌的污染,然后浸泡于10%盐酸中至使用,以防污染。使用前用无离子水多次冲洗。锌标准贮备液(75μmol/L),称取4.9mg锌溶于5ml浓HCl中,然后用无离子水定容至1L。标准工作液:用贮备液稀释,浓度分别为32.5、75和150μmol/L。
In this paper, a dry ashing, flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of zinc.
