有关青黛的加工工艺,1985年版中国药典并未作具体规定。我们结合我县种植菘蓝二百多年历史的实际情况,对青黛的加工工艺介绍如下。一、浸泡选生长旺盛,手抓发脆并有响声的优质头刀或二刀呈灰白色的鲜叶,趁早晨有露水时割取。每50kg 鲜叶洗净拣去杂质后投入备用缸内,加清水350~400kg 浸泡,并用竹帘压盖,使叶片全部浸于水中。浸泡时间与气温有关,25~30℃时,约需20~24小时。浸泡以叶片
