采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对六个多花黑麦草品种分蘖期幼苗进行了酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶检测,根据酶谱的形态特征和相似性指标进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明,六个多花黑麦草品种过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱很相似,说明各品种在该基因位点有相同或相似的遗传基础。但是,在酯酶同工酶酶谱中表现出较大的差异,说明六个品种之间存在一定程度的混杂或变异,有必要进行提纯复壮和杂交改良。
By using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the esterase and peroxidase isoenzymes of tillering seedlings of six ryegrass varieties were determined. According to the morphological characteristics and similarity index of the zymogram, qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the enzyme patterns of peroxidase isozymes in six ryegrass cultivars were similar, indicating that all cultivars had the same or similar genetic basis at the locus. However, there was a big difference in the esterase isozyme zymogram, indicating that there was a certain degree of confounding or mutation among the six varieties, and it was necessary to perform purification, rejuvenation and hybridization improvement.
