目的探讨分析急诊夜班护士的压力及解决对策。方法抽取医院参与急诊夜班的32名护士为研究对象,分析急诊夜班护士存在的压力及产生压力的因素或原因,并因此制定相应的对策(措施及方法),采用SCL-90症状自评量表,对32名护士采取对策前后的状况进行调查评分。结果对策实施后,除偏执外,各项SCL-90评分均低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对策实施前后偏执的SCL-90评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊夜班护士普遍存在不同程度的各种压力,通过制定落实相应的对策不但可以极大地降低减少压力,还可以让护士更主动积极参与急诊夜班中去,为提高医院的整体护理能力起到有力的促进作用。
Objective To analyze the pressure of emergency nurses in night shift and its countermeasures. Methods Thirty-two nurses participating in the emergency night shift in hospital were selected as the research object to analyze the existing pressure and causes of stress in emergency night nurses and to make corresponding countermeasures (measures and methods). SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 , 32 nurses to take measures before and after the situation to investigate the score. Results After the implementation of the strategy, SCL-90 scores were lower than those before the implementation except paranoid (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no statistical difference in paranoid SCL-90 scores before and after the implementation of countermeasures Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Emergency pressure nurses generally have various degrees of pressure in different stages. By formulating and implementing corresponding measures, the pressure can be greatly reduced, the nurses can take the initiative to actively participate in the emergency night shift, and the hospital can improve their overall nursing ability The promotion effect.
