本文研究了改性钛锆酸铅Pb(Ti_(0.07)Zr_(0.93))O_3陶瓷在20~100℃之间对阶跃红外信号响应得到的瞬变热电电压。该材料在此温度范围内发生F_(R(LT))-F_(R(HT))相变。热电峰压和总剩余电荷与温度有关,在约85℃出现一陡峰。有温度滞后存在说明相变不是纯二级相变。相变点的热电系数约为室温的10倍。讨论了该材料的热力学性质和介电性质及其作为在相变点或附近工作的红外探测器的可能性。
In this paper, the transient pyroelectric voltage of Pb (Ti_ (0.07) Zr_ (0.93)) O_3 ceramics modified by PbTiO3 was measured in the range of 20 ~ 100 ℃. The material in this temperature range F_ (R (LT)) - F_ (R (HT)) phase transition. The pyroelectric peak pressure and total residual charge are temperature dependent, with a sharp peak at about 85 ° C. The presence of a temperature hysteresis indicates that the phase transition is not purely secondary. The phase transition point of the thermoelectric coefficient of about 10 times room temperature. The thermodynamic and dielectric properties of the material are discussed and its potential as an infrared detector operating at or near the transformation point.
