本实验对市场上畅销的补钙剂进行了大鼠股骨钙存留率及相关指标的研究,结果显示雌、雄大鼠股骨钙存留率无差异(P>0.05);脱钙大鼠经补钙后股骨钙存留率显著高于未脱钙大鼠(P<0.001)。在大鼠脱钙的实验中,补佳加钙15天股骨钙存留率明显高于补佳加钙30天的存留率(P<0.05),补GRN组未显示这种结果,从而说明了在缺钙的状态下佳加钙的吸收利用率可明显提高。
