本文以微量全血~3H—TdR摄入试验,测定了滋养细胞肿瘤患者的 T 细胞功能,其中完全葡萄胎11例,恶葡18例,绒癌13例,其 T 细胞功能以 cpm 表示。检测结果表明,滋养细胞肿瘤患者的 T 细胞功能低于正常人(P<0.01),完全葡萄胎低于恶葡,绒癌低于完全葡萄胎。由于恶葡和绒癌患者之间 cpm 值差别大,这一指标可作为鉴别恶葡和绒癌的参考指标.这一检测结果也提示,葡萄胎和恶葡属良性,绒癌属恶性。
In this study, we measured the T cell function in trophoblastic tumor patients by 3H-TdR microinjection. Among them, 11 cases of complete hydatidiform mole, 18 cases of dyspepsia and 13 cases of choriocarcinoma showed their T cell function as cpm. The test results showed that T cell function in patients with trophoblastic tumor was lower than that in normal people (P <0.01), complete hydatidiform mole was lower than that of malignant uropathy, and choriocarcinoma was lower than complete hydatidiform mole. Because of the difference between cpm values in patients with malignant and choriocarcinoma, this index can be used as a reference index to differentiate between malignant and choriocarcinoma .This test also suggests that hydatidiform mole and calamus are benign and choriocarcinoma is malignant.
