当前计算机科学与技术专业学生就业形势严峻,出现了需求与供给不对称。为了改变这一现状,本文在分析了哈尔滨华德学院计算机科学与技术专业本科毕业生就业面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了在教学中应以市场为导向,加强校企合用,在教学实际中结合自身优势和办学条件,及时调整人才培养方案,建立与信息产业发展相适应的教学内容和课程体系,打造富有特色的计算机科学与技术专业教育,培养适应市场需求的计算机专业大学生
The current employment situation of computer science and technology students is grim, there has been asymmetry of demand and supply. In order to change this situation, based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by graduates of Harbin Institute of Computer Science and Technology, this paper puts forward that in the teaching, we should take the market as the guidance, strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, In practice, in combination with their own advantages and school conditions, timely adjustment of personnel training programs, and the development of the information industry to adapt to the teaching content and curriculum system, to create distinctive computer science and technology education, training to meet the needs of the market of computer science students
