十堰市是湖北省智慧旅游建设的试点城市,本文选取“游十堰”手机客户端作为研究对象,通过对旅游者进行访谈及在线发放问卷获取研究数据。研究发现,十堰市智慧旅游发展现状并不乐观。在分析相关原因的基础上对该市智慧旅游的建设工作就客户端和宣传方面给出了改进意见。
Shiyan City is a pilot city for the construction of smart tourism in Hubei Province. This paper chooses the mobile phone client “You Shiyan” as the research object, and obtains the research data by interviews with tourists and online questionnaires. The study found that the development of Wisdom Tourism in Shiyan City is not optimistic. On the basis of analyzing the related reasons, this paper gives suggestions for improving the construction of smart tourism in the city in terms of clients and publicity.
